  • The Jaguars parking lots and parking passes will continue to be managed digitally for the 2024-2025 season. Jaguars Season Ticket Members and purchasers of Jaguars parking passes can access their tickets and parking by downloading the official Jacksonville Jaguars App to their mobile device.

  • ARRIVE EARLY! Guests are encouraged to arrive at lots 3 hours prior to kickoff for minimal delays. Have your mobile parking pass ready before entering an EverBank Stadium Lot.

  • Parking lots open 4 hours prior to kickoff.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

  • Be clear! The Jaguars strongly encourage guests to not bring any type of bag to the game. Guests are permitted to carry a clutch, bag or wallet no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", a one-gallon clear plastic bag or CLEAR bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". All other bags are strictly prohibited.

  • Atlantic Self Storage Fan Lockers are available for use at Gate 1: 

    • Small lockers are 11" wide x 6" tall x and 15" deep

    • Large lockers are 11" wide x 12.5" tall x 15" deep

  • PLEASE NOTE: At our self-scan ticket kiosks, guests will:

    • SCAN for secure digital tickets (moving barcode)

    • TAP for tickets if being accessed from a digital wallet

SECURITY SCREENINGS

  • All ticket holders and their belongings are subject to search upon entry into the stadium. By tendering a ticket and entering the stadium, ticket holders consent to such searches.

  • Guests may not check items at the gates or in the stadium. Guests will be asked to either store their prohibited items in the Atlantic Self Storage Fan Lockers, take prohibited items back to their vehicles or dispose of the prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium.

  • Gate 1 presented by Dream Finders Homes, Gate 4 presented by Hyundai and the Fan Entertainment Zone open 3 hours prior to kickoff. Gate 2 presented by Florida Blue, Gate 3 presented by UF Health, the Gallagher East and West Club entrances and the entire seating bowl open 2 hours prior to kickoff.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

  • We’ve empowered our fans to make sure the gameday experience remains safe, family friendly and enjoyable. Guests are required to follow Everbank Stadium’s Fan Code of Conduct. Violations will not be tolerated and guests may be ejected without refund and loss of ticket privileges.

  • We encourage guests to report any unruly fan behavior or security concerns through texting your issue and location to (904) 633-6400.

SMOKING & TOBACCO POLICY

  • Smoking, vaping and the use of any tobacco products are strictly prohibited in all locations inside EverBank Stadium. All smoking and tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) are prohibited from entry. Guests will be asked to either store their items in the Atlantic Self-Storage Fan Lockers, take the items back to their vehicles or dispose of the items at the entrance of the stadium. Guests who fail to comply with this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.

  • No guest re-entry will be permitted.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS

  • Cash will not be accepted for any purchases at EverBank Stadium. In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including Apple, Google and Samsung Pay.

  • Those with cash needing to convert to card can visit the nearest Guest Services Booth for assistance. Guest Services Booths are located at Sections 102, 123, 144, 410 and 436.

  • All ATM’s have been removed from the premises.

RE-ENTRY POLICY

  • EverBank Stadium has a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy. Guests choosing to leave the perimeter gates after entering on game day will not be granted re-entry.

ALCOHOL POLICY

  • For the safety of all guests:

    • All persons who order alcohol will have their ID checked each time they order

    • No person will receive more than two alcoholic beverages per ID presented at the time of purchase

    • Each double cocktail counts as two drinks

    • Vertical and horizontal IDs are accepted

    • Alcohol service will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter

FOOD POLICY

  • Outside food is permitted inside of EverBank Stadium for Jacksonville Jaguars home games, provided it is unwrapped and placed inside a one-gallon clear plastic bag no larger than 11" x 11".

  • All food items are subject to visual inspection. Guests are permitted to bring ONE factory-sealed 16.9 water bottle into EverBank Stadium on game day.

STANDING ROOM ONLY LOCATIONS

  • For certain games, Standing Room Only tickets (SR1-7 or SKYSRO designation) will be made available for sale.

    Sections designated the locations where guests with standing-room-only tickets are permitted to stand:

    • "SR1-7" viewing available on the North End Zone Deck

    • "SKYSRO and SKYSR2" viewing available on the Sky Patio in the south end zone

  • Additionally, all guests are permitted to view the game from the Daily's Place seating bowl in the south end of the stadium. Seating in this area is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are permitted to access concessions and merchandise locations but are encouraged to return to their designated viewing locations to watch the game. Section, row and seat on all tickets is standard and does NOT indicate a dedicated seat.

DRONE POLICY

  • The Jacksonville Jaguars policy is that no drones are permitted to fly anywhere over EverBank Stadium or any of its adjacent parking lots four hours prior to, anytime during, or one hour after any Jaguars game. In addition to violation of the Jaguars policies, failure to follow this rule may be a violation of federal, state and local criminal laws.


ACCESSIBILITY:

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

  • Should a guest need access to a wheelchair space or other accessible seating, ticket purchases may be made through the Jaguars ticket office. Please call (904) 633-2000 to inquire about purchasing accessible seating. Guests not in wheelchairs but needing special assistance should also contact the Jaguars ticket office.

  • For assistance on game day, guests in need of accessible seating should visit the nearest Guest Services Booth to inquire about relocating their seating location. Guests inquiring about relocation will be permitted to relocate their ticketed seat, along with one (1) companion. We may not be able to accommodate your full party.

  • Accessible relocations on game day are subject to availability, granted on a first-come, first-served basis and relocation is NOT guaranteed. Guests in need of an accessible seat are encouraged to arrive early.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

  • All Jaguars-controlled stadium lots (inclusive of accessible parking spots for those needing reasonable accommodations) are sold in advance on a full-season basis. Contact the Jaguars ticket office at (904) 633-2000 for single-game availability.

  • If you are unable to secure an accessible parking space for a Jaguars game day, Everbank Stadium offers a pick-up and drop-off location and accessibility shuttle service for guests. For additional information, please visit our accessibility page. 

WHEELCHAIR ESCORT SERVICE

  • Wheelchair escort service is available at all perimeter gates of the stadium. This service will bring guests from the perimeter gate to their seats. Wheelchair escort service will return after the game to pick up guests at their seats and return them to their original perimeter entry gate.

  • If you or a member of your party is in need of a wheelchair escort, please alert the nearest Guest Services Team Member. Due to high demand, please note the service may come with a wait time.

SENSORY INCLUSIVITY

  • The Jaguars are proud to partner with KultureCity, the nation's leading organization promoting invisible disability inclusion and sensory accessibility.

  • Sensory bags are available for guests to check out at all Guest Services Booths to enhance the game day experience.

  • A sensory room is also located at the south end of the stadium on the plaza level at the mother's nursing station.

ELEVATORS & ESCALATORS

  • Elevators are available in the following locations:

    • Gate 1: recommended for guests in sections 148-150, 101-106, 201-206, and 405-414

    • Between Gate 2 and 3: recommended for guests in sections 113-133 and 217-229 and the north end zone deck*Note: the ground level of this elevator is only accessible from the ADA gate entrance between Gate 2 and 3

    • Gate 4: recommended for guests in sections 140-147, 240-245, 432-441 and the Terrace Suite

    • Gallagher East & West Clubs: available for guests with Club or Suite tickets only

  • Escalators are located at the north end (Gate 2 and 3) and the south end between Gates 1 and 4. *Note: All escalators will be turned to decent by the start of the fourth quarter.

SERVICE ANIMALS

  • Trained service animals are permitted inside EverBank Stadium. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

  • All other animals, including pets and emotional support animals, are prohibited.

MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS

  • Guests needing an exception for a medically necessary item, such as an insulated non-clear bag, should contact the Jaguars in advance HERE. All requests should be submitted 48 hours prior to kick off.

  • On gameday, please ask for a Gate Supervisor if a medical exception is needed at entry.

  • All items are subject to security search.


HEALTH & SAFETY:

STAY COOL & HYDRATED

  • Guests are permitted to bring one, commercially branded, factory-sealed, plastic, 16.9 oz. or less size bottle of water inside the gates at EverBank Stadium.

  • Additional water-bottle filler stations have been installed at the stadium.

  • Guests needing to cool down are recommended to visit the south end zone plaza level or Daily's Place for shaded areas.

FIRST AID

  • First aid stations are located at Sections 123, 410 and 436.

  • The stadium's onsite medical team will be prepared to treat guests on-site. Bandages are available at all Guest Services Booths.

  • Please note that medical teams are not permitted to administer over-the-counter drugs. Select over-the-counter drugs are available for purchase at Daily’s Stores.

  • Feminine products are available at all Guest Services Booths and S.O.S vending machines.

NURSING STATIONS

  • The Baptist Health Mom Pods are a mobile, air-conditioned breastfeeding and lactation station for nursing mothers. Equipped with televisions, these rooms provide a private, comfortable and sanitary space for all mothers.

  • They are located in the south end zone beneath the Bud Light Party Zone, next to the Jags Pro Shop and Daily's on the ground plaza level.
