JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The calendar at Daily’s Place continues to fill up as Bold Events and Live Nation today announced the addition of three more shows to the lineup at Jacksonville’s newest downtown entertainment destination.

American rock legends JOURNEY will take the stage on Wednesday, July 26 at 7:30 p.m.  On Sunday, Aug. 27 at 7 p.m., LIFEHOUSE and SWITCHFOOT will unite to rock Daily’s Place.  YOUNG THE GIANT and special guests COLD WAR KIDS and JOYWAVE will visit Jacksonville on Friday, Sept. 22 at 7 p.m.  Tickets for all three shows go on sale to the general public at www.dailysplace.com beginning Friday, April 7 at 10 a.m.

Set to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this April, Journey will bring all its classic hits to Daily’s Place, including “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Any Way You Want It,” “Faithfully,” “Wheel In The Sky,” and “Separate Ways.” Since its formation in 1973 in San Francisco, Journey has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide, earning 19 Top 40 singles and 25 gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums, and has headlined multiple sold-out stadium tours.  Click here for ticket information, including presale opportunities, which begin on Wednesday, April 5.

Lifehouse and SWITCHFOOT are uniting for the first time on the “Looking for Summer” tour.  Los Angeles-based Lifehouse first broke through in 2001 when “Hanging by a Moment” spent 20 weeks atop the charts and won a Billboard Music Award. Since then, the band has released six more albums, three of which made the Billboard Top Ten, sold over 15 million records worldwide. SWITCHFOOT has sold over 5.7 million copies worldwide of their first nine studio albums, including their 2003 double-platinum breakthrough “The Beautiful Letdown” and 2009's Grammy Award-winning “Hello Hurricane.” Click here for ticket information, including presale opportunities, which begin on Thursday, April 6.

Young the Giant will bring it’s hugely successful “Home of the Strange” tour to Daily’s Place in early fall, building upon the success of the first leg of the tour which included 46 sold out shows.  The group’s most recent studio album, “Home of the Strange,” immediately ascended to No. 1 on the iTunes Store’s “Top Alternative Albums” chart and No. 3 on the overall “Top Albums” chart upon its release last August. The album includes the exceptional tracks, “Amerika,” “Something To Believe In,” and the latest single “Silvertongue.” Along with its global popular success, the album has received widespread critical applause, highlighting how band – all either first generation Americans or immigrants themselves – have masterfully dealt with themes of identity, tradition, and assimilation in the modern world.  Click here for ticket information, including presale opportunities, which begin on Thursday, April 6
